Position Overview
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all guests and callers supporting the dealership by delivering a professional welcoming and efficient frontdesk experience. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure in a fastpaced environment. The Receptionist will assist multiple departments and uphold the standards of professionalism expected within the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
Greet all customers and visitors in a courteous professional manner
Answer screen and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments
Maintain the front desk lobby and customer lounge to ensure a clean and organized environment
Assist with appointment checkins for Sales and Service
Provide administrative support including filing scanning data entry and document organization
Communicate effectively with Sales Service and Management to support daily operations
Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Represent the dealerships brand and values through consistent professionalism
Qualifications
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Basic computer proficiency; experience with CRM or dealership systems is a plus
Ability to work independently while supporting a teamoriented environment
Work Environment
This is an onsite customerfacing position requiring consistent professionalism reliability and a positive attitude. The role supports multiple departments and plays a key part in maintaining an organized and welcoming dealership environment.
