What You Will Do

What You Will Need

• A Bachelors Degree is required

• A minimum of THREE (3) years of experience in data science or data analytics is required

• Proficiency in querying data using SQL

• Experience performing statistical modeling predictive analytics or machine learning using Python or R

• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions (e.g. LLMs predictive models) into production applications

• Ability to consult with clients to identify analytics needs and drive solutions forward

• Experience leading or supporting small teams and managing client relationships

What Would Be Nice to Have

• Experience delivering analytics solutions in healthcare public health or federal health IT environments

• Masters Degree in Data Science Analytics Statistics Mathematics Operations Research Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Economics or a related quantitative discipline

• Relevant technical certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Databricks Certified Data Engineer Snowflake SnowPro or similar)

• Experience deploying AI or machine learning models into production environments

• Experience with DevOps practices including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep) and automated deployment pipelines
