Location: 1934 Old Gallows Rd Vienna VA 22182
Hourly Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 an hour depending on experience
Schedule: PRN providing coverage as needed; typical coverage hours are MondayFriday 8:30 AM4:30 PM.

Responsibilities
- Personalized Caseloads: Manage a focused caseload of 6 clients providing high-quality individualized care with a commitment to family programming and parent coaching.
- Facilitate Individual Family and Group Therapy: Conduct therapy sessions that integrate trauma-informed care and systemic approaches to create meaningful change in families.
- Develop comprehensive discharge plansfor students ensuring thorough review with both students and their family members.
- Maintain compliancewith treatment standards through meticulous & timely documentation of notes and adherence to MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standard requirements.
- Client-Centered Approach:Provide client-centered care tailoring therapy to meet individual group & family therapy needs.
- Cultural Competency: Apply developmentally appropriate and culturally competent care addressing the unique psychological needs of each client.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field.
- Active Virginia licensure or eligibility for one of the following:
- LMSW LGPC LGMFT(Associate/Provisional)
- LCSW-C LCPC LCMFT(Fully Licensed)
Preferred Experience:
- 1 year of clinical experience in a residential IOP or PHP setting.
- Experience using relational experiential and systemic modalities.
- Passion for working with adolescents young adults and families.
- Willingness to obtain aCAQH profileandNPIduring onboarding.
