Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $75000 - $100000 annually commensurate with experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plan and other competitive perks.
• Work Arrangement: Open to fully remote work. Equipment may be provided for remote employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of medium to large aviation accounts including private and pleasure plans.
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the Aviation Team Lead and other team members to ensure seamless account management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client accounts and policies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance preferably with a focus on aviation accounts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools.
• Soft Skills:
