Job Summary
HockeyStack is building the agent infrastructure for enterprise revenue. We spent five years building the only data architecture that preserves causality across the full revenue stack every interaction every signal in sequence. On top of that foundation we built Nex-lm a purpose-built AI engine that compiles natural language into deterministic agent workflows. The result is a platform that can extract the revenue blueprint from a companys data encode it into repeatable automations and execute it across sales marketing and customer success consistently at scale.
We are not building a dashboard tool with an AI feature. We are building the operating layer that replaces the human bottleneck in enterprise revenue organizations. This is a category being defined right now and we intend to own it.
We have raised $50M from Bessemer Venture Partners General Catalyst Y Combinator and others.
We operate fully in-person in San Francisco. We move fast and we hire people who want to win.
Since launching late 2023 we have grown to 8-figures in ARR process over 60 TB of revenue data monthly and we are working with some of the largest B2B companies in the world like Microsoft Harvey New Relic Collibra etc.
Your Mission
Were looking for a Forward Deployed Consultant to serve as a strategic bridge between our customers and our internal teams. This is a relationship-driven advisory role where youll work closely with customers to deeply understand their business challenges translate those into actionable internal projects and ensure were delivering real measurable value over time. Think of this as an internal consulting team embedded within a high-growth SaaS company.
What Youll Do
Build deep ongoing relationships with customers to understand their evolving business challenges goals and GTM strategies.
Translate customer problems into clearly scoped internal projects partnering with Product Engineering and Data teams to drive solutions.
Act as the customers strategic advocate internally ensuring their needs shape our roadmap and priorities.
Develop and present recommendations to customer stakeholders framing insights in terms of business outcomes and value realization.
Identify opportunities to expand customer usage and deepen platform adoption based on their evolving needs.
Collaborate with Account Management and Data teams to ensure continuity from launch through long-term engagement.
Bring a consulting mindset to ambiguous problems structure the question gather the right inputs and deliver a clear recommendation.
What Were Looking For
5 years of experience with 2 years in management consulting client advisory or a strategic customer-facing role.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex GTM motions and connect customer challenges to strategic solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management youre comfortable presenting to senior leaders and navigating complex organizations.
Highly analytical youre comfortable digging into data identifying patterns and using quantitative insights to structure ambiguous problems scope projects and communicate clear recommendations.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing sales operations or revenue analytics is a strong plus.
Ownership-first mindset you take initiative move fast and figure things out.
You thrive in early-stage high-urgency environments where speed and impact matter.

Were building a high-performing in-person culture at our San Francisco HQ where the team collaborates shoulder-to-shoulder five days a week. The base salary range for this role is $150000 to $190000 USD adjusted for experience and qualifications.
