The Role

Deliver exceptional athlete coach and team experiences across all Global Events ensuring compliance with governing bodies and consistency of support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage athlete logistics: travel housing credentials medical and services.
  • Oversee player and team communications compliance and eligibility.
  • Direct outfitting uniforms staff apparel and gifting.
  • Supervise on-site athlete services (medical stringing warm-up spaces lounges).
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusion for wheelchair and para-athletes.
  • Build strong relationships with athletes captains and governing bodies

Who You Are

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event project management operations or ticketing.
  • Strong organizational analytical and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools (e.g. ).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Sports Management or related field experience required;
  • This position is designated as hybrid/flex in Orlando and may allow for both remote and on-site work. Any such position must meet the current USTA hybrid/flex requirements as updated from time to time. Please consult HR for the most current policy

The expected range for the base salary for this position is $50000 - $55000.This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables including as appropriate the applicants qualifications for the position the years of relevant experience their unique skills and the location from which they will be performing the job.
