*This role is based in Coppell TX and includes a five day per week onsite requirement at our Distribution Center. Remote work is not available for this position.*Job Overview
Provides business leadership by solving large complex problems making recommendations with well thought out supporting rationale and deep understanding of organizational impacts (people process & technology). Able to lead multiple complex cross-functional initiatives concurrently to deliver innovative solutions to business problems and/or new capabilities. Brings a deep business knowledge in multiple relevant disciplines combined with a strong technical aptitude exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to drive innovation. Monitors industry trends and technology advancements to develop a POV on application at T-Mobile and uses this knowledge to develop new concepts and inspire others to think differently. May manage a team of contract resources on either a short-term (project) or long-term (outsourced support team) basis.Job Responsibilities:
- Leads large cross-functional initiatives to solve complex business problems and deliver innovative solutions
- Drives development of future project roadmap including sequencing and priority based on sound judgement
- Provides first line of support for the business for system and process issues & opportunities
- Provides analysis recommendations and thought leadership to inform engage & influence audiences from peers through senior leadership
- Leads both formal and informal teams of internal and/or external resources (consultants outsourced support team 3rd-party partners) to deliver results
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelors Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Business Finance Engineering Management Mathematics Operations Management or related field (Preferred)
- 7-10 years Relevant supply chain business experience in multiple supply chain disciplines (Planning Forecasting Allocation/Replenishment Operations) (Preferred)
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Critical Thinking: Ability to apply experience reasoning and logic to new or unfamiliar ideas or situations and provide an unbiased analysis;Self-directed self-disciplined self-monitored and self-corrective thinking (Required)
- Problem Solving Uses an orderly approach to assess the situation identify alternatives understand implications and determine the best solution to complex problems and opportunities; Training and application of Six Sigma Lean Design Thinking and other methodologies a plus (Required)
- Management Ability to direct projects processes and teams to deliver desired outcomes; Proactively identifies risks and opportunities and develops mitigation plans; Manages direct reports of contract resources as assigned; Manages relationships with 3rd-party partners; Mentors and participates in the development of junior members of the team (Required)
- Leadership Ability to lead both formal and informal teams that may consist of functional or cross-functional cohorts (Required)
- Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to create effective presentations; Ability to effectively facilitate meetings or deliver training on new capabilities; Ability to synthesize complex concepts and communicate them effectively to any audience from individual contributors up to VP level; Ability to effectively describe business capability needs so that technical resources can translate into solution requirements; Ability to document business processes to support sustainable capabilities (Required)

The base pay range for this position in Coppell TX is $120000 to $162300.
Base Pay Range: $103800 - $187300Corporate Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
