What Youll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor asphalt plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
- Perform routine inspections basic troubleshooting and adjustments on plant systems
- Coordinate material flow to meet production demands and quality specifications
- Complete daily operational logs and communicate issues promptly
- Support safe work practices housekeeping and team collaboration across the site
What Are We Looking For
- Ability to operate and learn plant systems controls and related equipment
- Strong awareness of safety practices in industrial or manufacturing settings
- Capability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and equipment checks
- Dependability in following procedures documentation and production standards
- Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level
