Project Coordinator

Posting Summary:

Mission Multiplier is seeking a highly motivated organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support delivery across multiple cybersecurity and compliance-focused engagements with a particular emphasis on CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) programs. This position can either be onsite in Huntsville AL or remote.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop maintain and track integrated project schedules across multiple clients and concurrent workstreams
• Coordinate milestones dependencies and deliverables to ensure successful and timely execution
• Identify schedule risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies
• Serve as a central liaison across cybersecurity IT logistics and executive leadership teams
• Coordinate interdisciplinary staff and ensure alignment on priorities deliverables and timelines
• Act as a client-facing representative supporting strong professional relationships
• Deliver clear and concise status updates reports and meeting summaries
• Coordinates conference calls and meetings; records meeting minutes as needed and follows up on meeting action items
• Support vendor coordination and procurement activities including tracking deliverables timelines and onboarding
• Assist with managing third-party relationships and ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Develop basic marketing materials and training presentations to support Mission Multipliers CMMC service offerings
• Translate basic cybersecurity and compliance concepts into clear client-friendly visuals and content
• Support internal and external briefings workshops and customer engagements
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School diploma. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience preferably in an office setting.
• Must be able to adapt communication style to a variety of internal stakeholders (executives technical administrative etc.) and external stakeholders (vendors customers partners etc.)
• Must be able to work in a fast paced small business environment.
