Job Title: Hospitality & Events Manager
Reports to: Store Director

OVERVIEW
The Hospitality & Events Manager plays a key role in anticipating guest needs responding to requests and delivering a highly personalized and memorable experience for every guest visiting the store. This role partners closely with store leadership and corporate teams to support overall business performance and elevate the in-store hospitality addition the position oversees the planning coordination and execution of in-store events ensuring each activation reflects brand standards drives guest engagement and creates meaningful client experiences that support business growth.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a consistently high standard of luxury-level service and guest experience
Recruit and hire qualified team members who meet the standards of premium hospitality service
Train staff to deliver exceptional service with emphasis on the Bucherer Hallmarks
Partner with the external Hospitality Manager to ensure hospitality personnel across all locations (Time Machine and Meatpacking) are recruited fully trained and aligned with company service standards
Lead pre-shift meetings to brief staff on daily specials VIP guests and reservations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing plans to meet operational needs
Prepare and manage schedules to ensure retail locations are appropriately staffed for all shifts
Organize and oversee daily operations to maximize efficiency including inventory management and replenishment procedures in partnership with the external Hospitality Manager
Evaluate employee performance coordinate staff scheduling and train team members on policies procedures responsibilities and operational standards; address disciplinary matters when necessary in partnership with the external service provider
Address and resolve customer complaints when required to maintain a positive guest experience
Manage departmental budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial accountability
Maintain accurate and organized operational records
Prepare and review reports for senior management as required
Ensure timely completion of ATAP certification for all Time Machine and Meatpacking employees.
Assist in developing and delivering comprehensive beverage training programs for FOH staff
Conduct daily walkthroughs of all hospitality areas to ensure full compliance with brand and company standards
Oversee store hosts and ensure proper use of the crowd control management tool
Ensure hosts are trained in product knowledge relevant to their location to effectively engage clients
Plan coordinate and execute in-store events that align with brand standards and create engaging elevated guest experiences.
Partner with store leadership corporate teams and external partners to develop event concepts that support business objectives and client engagement.
Oversee all operational aspects of events including staffing vendor coordination beverage programming and on-site execution.
Ensure all events deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and brand presentation.
Monitor event performance and provide feedback and reporting to leadership to support continuous improvement and future planning.

QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as hospitality manager.
Sommelier experience preferred.
Hands-on experience in customer service or sales.
Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices.
Knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO).
Proficient in MS Office and relevant software (e.g. ERP).
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving aptitude.
BSc/BA in hospitality management.
Must be a hands on interactive manager willing and able to work with all departments within and outside of hospitality.
Flexible schedule including mornings weekends and holidays.
Compensation range: $85000 - $100000
