Location/Division Specific Information:

Carlsbad CA. This position supports Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) manufacturing operations in a controlled laboratory and cleanroom environment. The team focuses on producing high-quality reagents and kits that enable advanced genomic research and diagnostics worldwide.

How Will You Make an Impact:

You will contribute directly to the production of NGS products by executing manufacturing processes maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Your work will support timely delivery of critical tools that empower customers to advance scientific discovery and improve patient outcomes.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing operations production lab setting or related field

Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Knowledge Skills Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP/ISO guidelines accurately
  • Ability to operate monitor and perform basic troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced production environment

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and perform repetitive tasks requiring good manual dexterity. Must be able to safely lift and handle materials up to 40 lbs. Work is performed in a controlled laboratory and cleanroom environment requiring the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to strict safety and quality standards.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $21.09.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on which includes:
