• Lead and support multiple spa locations ensuring exceptional client experiences across the region
• Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Oversee and manage regional operations including performance staffing and overall business health
• Drive spa sales performance and regional profitability through P&L ownership and analysis
• Recruit hire train and develop high-performing General Managers and spa leaders
• Coach monitor and hold teams accountable to performance goals and KPIs
• Support membership growth sales strategy and execution across all locations
• Partner with GMs to maximize appointment books and optimize staffing
• Execute marketing initiatives grassroots efforts and community outreach to drive traffic and brand awareness
• Support new spa openings acquisitions and integration of new locations
• Handle administrative responsibilities including reporting payroll oversight inventory and operational expenses

• 35 years of leadership experience (multi-unit experience strongly preferred)
• Proven success driving sales and operational performance
• Results-oriented with a track record of holding yourself and others accountable
• Passion for developing people and building strong positive culture
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities effectively
• Strong communication organization and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• A fast learner with a positive solutions-oriented mindset

• Travel required expect to visit each location multiple times weekly
