This rewarding opportunity will see you join the St Vincents Private Hospital Toowoomba (SVPHT) as an Occupational Therapist in our Allied Health department. You will bring your passion to the role where you will work with a great team to support patient care. This role will be full-time permanent and will be pivotal in providing quality health care

St Vincents Private Hospital Toowoomba is the largest acute private hospital on the Darling Downs. We are a 191-bed facility with highly experienced and skilled staff that work as a team to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to all our patients. Our occupational therapy team works with a broader multidisciplinary allied health team across the following areas: general medicine surgery orthopaedics rehabilitation intensive care maternity and paediatrics cardiac and neurology.

Things that work for us:
A current registration with AHPRA
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent
Experience working within a private hospital or acute facility desirable but not essential
Strong commitment and professionalism to patient centred care
Demonstrated ability to perform tasks and duties with a high degree of independence including caseload management
Demonstrated sound understanding of the health care continuum
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Appropriate computer and technological literacy
