This role supports the development anddelivery of innovative payment products by translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring alignment across teams.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic self-starter with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with documentation and detail. They communicate effectively across all levels and functions of the business thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while confidently bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering and documenting business and reporting requirements. - Translating business needs into functional documentation. - Documenting procedures and workflows. - Supporting project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO. - Managing requirement changes and maintaining BA documentation. - Supporting UAT and ensuring features meet requirements. - Continuously improving analysis tools and processes. - All other tasks related to the role
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification;3-5 years of similar business analysis experience; - Strong understanding of the payments environment (retailers digital banking card schemes EFT settlement acquiring etc.) is crucial to the role; - Full understanding of the Microsoft suite Jira Confluence and Visio; - Valid drivers license own transport; - Fluent in business English; additional languages will be seen as beneficial
