The Cold Caller (SDR) is responsible for high-volume outbound outreach to generate new business opportunities. This role is heavily KPI-driven and requires persistence energy and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 150200 outbound calls per day
- Engage prospective clients and introduce services
- Qualify leads and pass opportunities to the sales team
- Track activity and outcomes on a weekly basis
- Follow scripts and processes while maintaining natural conversation quality
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (clear confident phone presence)
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Ability to meet daily and weekly KPIs
- Resilient and consistent in a repetitive task environment
- Must be consistently available and responsive during working hours
Performance Expectations:
- Daily call volume targets (150200 calls)
- Consistent pipeline generation
- Focus on quality outcomes not just meetings booked
