The opportunity:

Hitachi Energy is currently seeking an Inbound Delivery Specialist to join our team in Bangalore India. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage transactional activities in SAP ensuring smooth data flow between suppliers systems and internal teams.

How youll make an impact:

• Create inbound delivery notes in SAP based on shipping documents.

• Maintain SAP handling units including physical parameters of purchased materials

• Work closely with Transport Planners and provide them with accurate data to ensure timely and efficient transport arrangement.

• Communicate with internal and external suppliers clarifying discrepancies between shipping documents and purchase orders.

• Build strong relationships with Hitachi Energys purchasing and logistics teams as well as direct-Material suppliers.

• Coordinate the inbound delivery data flow from purchase order through SAP modules until the delivery is booked.

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background:

• Should have Bachelors degree.

• Must have Years of Experience in logistics or purchasing.

• Hands-on experience with SAP logistics or purchasing modules.

• Knowledge of transport terminology regulations and incoterms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Continuous Improvement mentality and mindset.

• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
