- Hours: 30.5 hours per week 39 weeks per year Term time plus 5 professional development days

The Ashley School Academy Trust is a day/residential school for pupils with complex learning needs and associated difficulties in the North of Lowestoft. We offer an extensive CPD programme.
We are looking for dedicated and empathetic Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to join our awesome team of efficient and effective staff.

You will have a passion to:
- work both inside and outside the classroom supporting pupils some in small groups and others 1 to 1
- help pupils to develop life skills and emotional regulation
- work alongside teachers and other specialist staff to provide a whole approach to learning
- celebrate progress in small steps
- think on your feet as no two days are the same
- have a genuine desire and motivation to improve the lives of young people with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
The motivation and a commitment to raise achievement for pupils with SEN (Special Educational Needs) is essential.
