Your Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of data center construction projects delivering on schedule within budget and with uncompromising quality and safety
• Lead crossfunctional internal and external project teams including consultants contractors and key business stakeholders
• Drive the advancement and adoption of standardized best practices and digital reporting frameworks to enhance construction transparency and efficiency
• Partner with crossfunctional teams and clients to ensure projects consistently exceed expectations while aligning with strategic business objectives
• Anticipate project challenges by proactively managing risks and applying innovative solutions to maintain momentum
• Oversee financial management including budgets forecasting resource planning and contract negotiations to support business growth
• Foster a safetyfirst culture that upholds rigorous governance and compliance with all relevant construction standards and regulations
• Inspire and develop highperforming teams by modeling collaboration accountability and continuous learning behaviors
• Leverage market insights and emerging trends to guide strategic decisions and promote a culture of innovation across construction operations

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or a related field supported by extensive leadership experience in data center or infrastructure construction
• Demonstrated success managing complex construction projects with significant budgetary and operational responsibility
• Proven experience leading internal teams and external partners/vendors in complex multistakeholder environments
• Deep knowledge of construction methods industry best practices regulatory requirements and data center infrastructure systems
• Exceptional leadership and influencing skills with the ability to build strong crossfunctional partnerships
• Strategic mindset combined with pragmatic decisive problemsolving capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in project management systems and digital construction tools
• Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and German
