In this role you have the opportunity to own and shape strategic pricing for the Monitoring business end to end. You will define pricing strategy governance analytics and execution across the portfolio to drive profitable growth improve margin performance and enable better commercial decisionmaking. Acting as a trusted business partner to commercial and leadership teams you will translate customer value into price drive discipline in decisions and embed scalable bestpractice pricing ways of working.
Your job:
Own and develop the pricing strategy across product lines markets segments account types and channels
Translate business strategy into clear price architectures guardrails price corridors/floors approval thresholds and escalation paths
Define price positioning based on customer value clinical and economic outcomes competitive dynamics and growth objectives
Support pricing decisions for new products software services and lifecycle offerings from concept through launch and optimization
Coown pricing governance including exception handling approval workflows and decision documentation
Ensure accurate and consistent management of list prices discounts customerspecific pricing annual price updates and price changes
Monitor compliance with pricing policies approval rules and commercial guardrails maintaining an auditable pricing decision trail
Partner with Sales Marketing Finance and leadership on complex deals tenders and strategic customer opportunities
Build scenario models around price volume mix margin and contract terms to support negotiations and deal decisions
Shape proposals and commercial packages that clearly articulate value while protecting profitability
Lead pricing analytics by developing dashboards reports and insights on margin price realization leakage and performance drivers
Translate data into actionable recommendations for weekly monthly and executive business reviews
Lead pricing programs and continuous improvement initiatives enhancing processes tools reporting and operating models
Standardize pricing methodologies playbooks training and decision routines across equipment services spare parts and thirdparty products
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in a matrix organization influencing without formal authority
What you should bring:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interrogate pricing sales and competitive data
Ability to simplify complexity and clearly communicate pricing logic and recommendations
Mature stakeholder management and proven experience aligning crossfunctional teams
Structured hypothesisdriven problemsolving skills and solid financial intuition
High level of selfdirection and comfort managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
35 years of experience in pricing finance analytics commercial operations or product management
Exposure to pricing models pricevolume analysis or profitability optimization
Experience working crossfunctionally with Sales Marketing Finance and Product teams
Curious proactive and commercially minded mindset comfortable challenging assumptions with data
Detailoriented approach with the ability to step back and assess broader strategic impact
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration Finance Economics Engineering or a comparable discipline)
