Your impact

As our Performance Marketer you will build Mollies Affiliate Marketing program from the ground up - owning everything from platform selection to recruiting and onboarding high-intent B2B partners. Youll also manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Google LinkedIn YouTube and Reddit to drive scalable growth.

Youll have ownership real influence on growth decisions and the freedom to experiment with creatives audiences and new channels. You will drive sustainable impact through continuous testing and optimization ensuring that as Mollie expands across Europe we work smarter and scale effectively.

What youll ship

• Lead the strategic rollout of our affiliate marketing ecosystem start-up program and referral program to lay the foundations for high-intent B2B acquisition.

• Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns across our core paid mix (Google LinkedIn ABM Meta YouTube) through bidding targeting and creative testing.

• Support budget planning and allocation across regions to ensure efficient spend and maximum return.

• Run rigorous A/B tests across creatives copy and landing pages while testing new acquisition channels to scale performance.

• Track and report on paid performance translating complex data into clear actionable insights.

• Partner with Product Content Design and Legal teams to build ad experiences and partner integrations that maximize discoverability.

What youll bring

• End-to-end experience laying the foundations of an affiliate marketing ecosystem including platform selection (e.g. PartnerStack Impact) and partner onboarding (ideally SaaS integrators or tech review sites).

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on partner incrementality using data to optimize commission structures CPA targets and strategic budget allocation.

• Hands-on experience with budget forecasting A/B testing and incrementality testing.

• A proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships and aligning internal teams with external partners for brand-compliant integrations.

• Experience managing end-to-end project delivery from kick-off and timelines to dependencies and stakeholder reporting.

• Experience with Account-Based Marketing strategies using intent data and audience signals to align performance campaigns with high-value target accounts.

• You know how to use AI tools to accelerate your and stakeholder reporting.
