Job Summary
Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Overview
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning coordinating and monitoring maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation of equipment facilities and utilities. The role acts as a key link between maintenance teams vendors and management to ensure timely repairs preventive maintenance and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily maintenance activities for machinery equipment and facilities
Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
Receive log and prioritize maintenance requests
Liaise with technicians contractors and external service providers
Monitor maintenance work progress and ensure timely completion
Maintain records of maintenance schedules work orders and service reports
Ensure availability of spare parts tools and maintenance materials
Support breakdown analysis and assist in reducing downtime
Ensure compliance with safety health and environmental standards
Prepare maintenance reports and update management regularly
Essential Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Facility Management
25 years of experience in maintenance coordination or similar role
Experience in industrial facility or commercial maintenance preferred
Skills Required
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Basic technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to read maintenance schedules and technical documents
Good communication skills to interact with teams and vendors
Proficiency in MS Excel Word and maintenance tracking systems
Problem-solving and multitasking ability
