Job Summary

We are currently seeking a hands-on Applications / Project Engineer in Fareham to support the development and delivery of advanced touch and sensing technologies. This is a varied role combining product development customer interaction and technical support.

Key Responsibilities of a Applications / Project Engineer

Develop prototype and validate touch force and haptics-based products
Perform system testing tuning and firmware validation
Act as a technical contact for customers translating requirements into solutions
Support projects from concept through to production
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site support when needed
Assist the sales team with technical input and customer demonstrations

Requirements of a Applications / Project Engineer

Degree in Electronics Physics or similar (or equivalent experience)
Strong circuit analysis and hands-on hardware skills (including soldering)
Basic programming/firmware knowledge (e.g. C Python)
Structured problem-solving approach

Desirable: experience with EMC testing capacitive sensing or CAD/3D tools
