Job Summary
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT application support and ensure high-quality service aligned with business needs and SLAs
- Partner with business teams to improve systems supporting automotive finance leasing and insurance processes
- Lead IT projects from planning to implementation ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements
- Drive process improvement following ITIL best practices to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
- Ensure application security access control and remediation processes meet governance standards
- Lead and develop support team while collaborating with regional and global stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology or related field
- 3-5 years experience in IT Application Support IT Service Management IT Project Management or IT Business Applications
- Strong understanding of IT business processes in financial services or digital platforms
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies SQL API JSON XML HTTP web services
- Experience with Postman Swagger/Open API SoapUI is an advantage
- Experience managing vendors stakeholders and IT projects
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
