About the Inbound Mailroom Team Lead Role
Conduent is looking for an Inbound Mailroom Team Lead that thrives working in a fast-paced production environment with a willingness to learn and ability to oversee and manage a team of up to 40 people.
The Inbound Mailroom Team handles a large volume of claims each day that need to be sorted scanned and processed. As an Inbound Mailroom Team Lead you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and work closely with the employees. You will assist with managing workload ensuring targets are met in a timely fashion and assist the team in troubleshooting any issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day management of inbound mailroom
- Responsible for processing of specialized PO boxes
- Oversee and manage team attendance/absences
- Maintain order in the workroom
- Be ready to work hands on to meet deadlines
- Assist with hiring new team members
- Driving company vehicle if needed
- Responsible for other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills (Excel Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass a background check
- Able to lift up to 40lbs
Must have a valid drivers license
