How youll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN)who excels in this role:

• Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors

• Ability to formulate an individualized plan of care revise plan as indicated by the patients response to treatment and evaluation overall plan daily for effectiveness.

• Monitors records and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team provider patient and family following chain of command as appropriate.

• Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care including patient transfer discharge referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

• Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age culture condition and circumstances.

• Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient protecting patients rights.

What were looking for:

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelors degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• BLS Required

• ACLS Preferred

• 1 year Cath Lab experience required
• Call rotation required
• On Call Required

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
