| Job Description: | - Prepare and proofread exhibition materials; manage curatorial paperwork and acquisition contracts.
- Coordinate and oversee financial processes (budgets expenditures vendor payments) and annual budget proposals.
- Schedule and manage curators travel appointments and speaking engagements including presentation materials.
- Act as curatorial liaison to museum staff volunteers and the public; coordinate interdepartmental interactions.
- Participate in staff meetings exhibition planning strategic planning finance meetings and grant applications.
- Assist in creating longterm exhibition schedules and with monthly exhibition committee meetings.
- Respond to research inquiries and public requests; disseminate exhibition information.
- Supervise OPS employees volunteers interns and workstudy students as needed in the curators absence.

| Preferred: | - BA/BS in arts administration art history English history anthropology library science or related field
- Excellent organizational planning writing editing and proofreading skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork aptitude
- Proficiency in Outlook Teams Zoom TMS PowerPoint Publisher and Excel
- Knowledge of data collection methods and ability to compile and analyze data
- Selfdirected and careerminded
- Excellent communication skills
