About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst with strong experience in financial products ideally Wealth to join an international project within a leading global banking environment.

This role goes beyond manual testing. You will be responsible for defining quality standards designing test strategies validating complex financial data and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and audit recommendations.

You will work closely with development teams product stakeholders and quality leads to ensure robust secure and scalable digital financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans (functional and non-functional).

• Validate Web Mobile and API-based applications.

• Perform database validations using SQL queries.

• Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and ensure proper defect resolution.

• Define and adapt internal QA procedures aligned with industry standards and audit recommendations.

• Review and monitor quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with corporate QA standards at company level.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum environment).

• Document test cases defects and validation results using Jira and Confluence.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as QA Tester / QA Analyst in financial services.

• Strong experience testing Web applications APIs and digital platforms.

• Hands-on experience using Postman.

• Experience writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.

• Experience creating and executing detailed test plans.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.

• Ability to work under regulated and audit-driven environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking products: Wealth loans payments deposits cards onboarding accounting.

• Experience working in Wealth Management platforms.

• Knowledge of Accessibility standards.

• Advanced SQL proficiency.
