Process & Data Analyst
Job Summary
We are looking for a Process & Data Analyst for an important software company located in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset identify business questions performance gaps and improvement opportunities and translate them into clear analytical approaches.
Support GTM initiatives by delivering insights on business performance operational efficiency financial drivers and strategic KPIs.
Design build and maintain dashboards reports and analytical models that track performance against targets and support leadership decision-making.
Conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to explain trends variances risks and opportunities and to evaluate the impact of business initiatives.
Work closely with members of the RevX team and business stakeholders to understand their objectives define relevant metrics and ensure analytical outputs are aligned with decision needs.
Partner with data engineering finance and other analytics teams to ensure data quality consistency and scalability of reporting solutions.
Synthesize complex analyses into clear concise narratives and deliver presentations that translate data into actionable insights for senior leaders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical frameworks tools and best practices within the RevX team.
Requirements:
Masters degree in Analytics Data Science Economics Statistics Engineering Business or a related quantitative field.
5 years of experience in data analysis business analytics or performance management roles.
Strong experience with SQL and at least one analytical programming language (Python or equivalent).
Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI preferred).
Strong analytical thinking with demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English.
