SailPoint Administrator

At CRH Talento en IT we are looking for a SailPoint Administrator for a hybrid work schedule.

The SailPoint Administrator role exists to ensure effective identity governance and access control across the organization by administering and maintaining the SailPoint platform. The position is accountable for ensuring user access is provisioned reviewed and removed in a secure compliant and auditable manner. The expected result is reduced access risk strong regulatory compliance and reliable identity controls that support business operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Identity Governance Administration & Platform Operations - Administer and support the SailPoint Identity Governance platform including configuration role models access policies certifications workflows and integrations ensuring stable secure and compliant operation.

Access Provisioning De-Provisioning & Control Enforcement - Manage and oversee user access provisioning and de-provisioning processes to ensure timely accurate and policy-compliant access in accordance with least privilege segregation of duties and regulatory requirements.

Access Reviews Certifications & Audit Support -Coordinate and support access certifications user access reviews and attestation campaigns. Ensure audit-ready documentation evidence retention and timely remediation of access issues or violations.

Risk Management Compliance & Policy Validation -Monitor identity and access risks validate access controls identify policy violations and support compliance with SOX SOC ISO and other regulatory or internal control frameworks.

Reporting Metrics & Continuous Improvement - Develop and maintain identity governance metrics reporting and dashboards; analyze trends; support internal and external audits; and drive continuous improvement of identity governance controls and processes.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

BS or MS in Computer Science Management of Information Systems Information Security/Assurance Internal Audit

3-5 years experience in IT

SailPoint Experience 1-2 years.

ServiceNow experience a plus.
