Job Summary
Location: Hybrid (3 days at office 2 days from home)
Work Shift: Monday through Friday 09:00 am to 06:00 pm

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or related field.
3 years of experience with Oracle Financials EBS.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsabilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Financials modules (GL AP AR PA CM etc.).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle system solutions.
Configure and maintain Oracle Financials modules to support business processes.
Collaborate with Finance IT and other departments to streamline financial workflows.
Support month-end and year-end close processes through system enhancements and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
Participate in system upgrades patches and testing activities.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
