Global Governance Risk Compliance Analyst

As part of the Compliance & Reporting team you will beresponsible to support and promote adherence to TISAX SOX and Autoliv Compliance Framework (ACF). You will need to deliver trainings guidance development and coaching to support the activities to improve security awareness and compliance at all levels of the company. The role will also support implementation and maintenance of risk & compliance activities including testing.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards your role will involve:

• Support promote and be an active contributor of the Global Information & Cyber Security Compliance activities.

• Be curious and up to date to overall Information and Cyber Security initiatives and close collaboration with extended team and important stakeholders.

• Perform regular security compliance testing against internal controls and external norms for in scope assets

• Follow-up and monitor for timely closure of the internal and external issues (deficiencies / findings / observations)

• Regularly report results and analyses to peers and stakeholders

• Actively contribute in processes frameworks and other initiatives development implementations and promoting globally and locally.

• Train and guide stakeholders on requirements and share best practices

What youll bring

Your mindset and attitude are as important as your technical experience. We are looking for someone who has:

• University degree or equivalent in IT/Security/Cyber-Security or similar

• Information Security Audit or Compliance experience with 1-2 years preferably in international environment.

• Knowledge of one or more of the following frameworks: TISAX ISO 27000 NIST SOX COBIT COSO ITIL

• Experience working in GRC tool preferably Service Now is a bonus.

• Ability to have a structured approach prioritize and coordinate tasks and manage deadlines

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.

• A collaborative teamoriented mindset.

• A desire to develop knowledge and skills in cybersecurity and stay up to date with emerging trends
