Job Purpose:

The After Sales Technical Support Engineer provides technical support to service centers assisting with the resolution of complex technical issues and ensuring the effective training of technical personnel. The role also involves monitoring product quality participating in training seminars and liaising with the manufacturer to address technical inquiries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visiting service centers to provide support in resolving difficult technical issues and training technical staff.

• Technical support to service centers via the manufacturers electronic communication line (Hotline).

• Monitoring product quality.

• Participating in training seminars organized by the importer.

• Submitting technical inquiries to the manufacturer.

• Translating technical updates.

• Technical background and familiarity with Automotive industry previous experience of at least 3 years

• Advanced Diagnostics capability

• Desktop procedures process capability

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Automotive Engineering or Higher Education (Technologist/Mechanical Engineer).

• 3 years of experience as a Service Technician or in a similar position.

• Excellent knowledge of automotive technical terminology.

• Familiarity with vehicle diagnostic tools and electrical diagrams.

• Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).

• Excellent knowledge of computers and new technologies.
