We are looking for passionate Italian-Speaking Customer Support & Reservations Specialist to join our international hospitality team in Portugal! In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests assisting with hotel reservations and ensuring every interaction is smooth professional and guest-oriented. Your mission is to deliver exceptional service while converting inquiries into bookings.

What youll do:

• Handle inbound calls in Italian assisting guests with reservations and hotel inquiries
• Provide detailed information on prices room types services payments and loyalty programs
• Match guest needs with the right hotel offers ensuring a personalized booking experience
• Convert calls into confirmed reservations using proactive sales and hospitality techniques
• Guarantee a seamless guest journey and build long-term loyalty

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Fluency in Italian language (must be at least C2 )
• Communicative level of English language ( at least B2 )
• Previous experience in hospitality sales or reservations is highly valued
• You live in Lisbon or are you ready to relocate
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What you will gain:

• Base salary: 1380 gross per month
• Base salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1050 - only if you are currently living at least 100km away from Lisbon
• You will also receive payment for completing the training

Benefits and employment

• The first contract for 12 months It is possible to sign a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one)
