Process Engineer Junior

About the role

The Junior Process Engineer supports optimization stability and continuous improvement of production processes. The role focuses on analyzing process performance supporting problem-solving activities and assisting in the implementation of improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency quality and operational performance.

Your responsibilities:

support the analysis and monitoring of manufacturing processes

collect and evaluate process data and assist in identifying improvement opportunities.

participate in troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis of production issues

support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / CI)

contribute to maintaining and updating process documentation work instructions and standards.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical industrial chemical or process engineering)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience ideally in a manufacturing environment

Languages: Fluent in English (B1 level or higher) local language

Systems/tools: strong MS Office skills (Excel Outlook Word PowerPoint)

Licenses & certifications: Driving license

Competences and skills:

Strong analytical thinking mindset and problem-solving ability

Strong communication skills

Proactive organized and able to work under pressure

Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement tools

Comfortable working in a dynamic cross-functional environment
