What are we looking for
Were looking for a motivated and growthminded Paid Media Manager to join our Search & Social team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has foundational experience in paid social and/or paid searchand is ready to take the next step toward owning strategy execution and performance across multiple platforms and client verticals.
Youll manage multi-channel campaigns across platforms like Meta TikTok Snapchat Google Ads (SEM Performance Max Google App Campaign) and more. Youll work in a highly collaborative environment contribute to client strategy and growth and help shape bestinclass paid media programs.
What will you be responsible for
The ideal candidate will be responsible for paid search and social campaign management delivering on strategies in line with our clients goals reporting analysis and insight generation and presenting key findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. Contributing to client growth becoming a trusted voice in the room.
Responsibilities
Work across the full campaign lifecycle planning setup pacing optimizations insights and reporting
Consistently adapt optimization strategies to meet the specific goals and KPIs of multiple clients across web and app experiences
Present reporting and performance insights that lead to gains against client business objectives effectively communicating wins and improvement areas
Align with Account teams to fully understand client needs and suggest impactful strategies
Work with clients to provide input on ad copy and visuals keeping in mind best practices across the various platforms
Grow partner and client relationships as a daily point of contact
Support the team as the day-to-day Search & Social contact for internal teams
What are the requirements of the role
12 years of handson bottom funnel paid media experience ideally at a digital or fullservice agency.
Working knowledge of major platforms in either search and/or social: Meta TikTok Snapchat Google Ads (SEM PMAX Google App Campaigns etc.)
Strong analytical skills and comfort completing data analysis in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables formulas basic arithmetic lookup tables etc.)
Detailoriented with excellent organization and timemanagement skills.
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns deadlines and priorities.
Clear communicatorboth written and verbal.
Curious proactive and eager to grow your skill set across new channels and client types.
A collaborative teammate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Additional Information:
Salary Band: $55000-$65000 per year DOE
Competitive benefits package including 20 vacation days and 401k match
Summer Fridays: We aim to stop working at 3:00pm on Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day
Holiday Break: 11 annual bank holidays plus Christmas to New Years Eve
Flexible work arrangements available combining on-site and remote work as needed. Two days per week in the NY office required
