Repossession Investigator

Location:Allentown Pennsylvania (new market launch)
Schedule:Full-time overnight shift (8-hour shift between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM)
Position Type:NonCDL driving position (not a tow truck role)

We are a growing repossession company expanding into the Allentown market and we are seeking motivated drivers to join our team of Repossession Investigators. As a Repossession Investigator you will drive assigned routes use investigative tools to locate vehicles scheduled for repossession and gather accurate information to support safe and successful recoveries. This is a full-time overnight driving role for detailoriented professionals who are comfortable working independently on the road.

All applicants must have a clean driving record no disqualifying criminal convictions and be willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening.

What You Will Do:

• Safely operate company vehicles throughout our Allentown and surrounding coverage area.

• Follow assigned overnight routes to identify and locate vehicles scheduled for repossession.

• Utilize Clearplan and other tools to locate addresses and potential vehicle locations.

• Analyze information from databases and client assignments to determine probable vehicle location.

• Locate vehicles by make model and other identifying information.

• Accurately read verify and record Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs).

• Run a designated zone to locate as many target vehicles as possible during your shift.

• Gather and upload clear photos of vehicles and the surrounding area for tow truck drivers and office staff to use during the repossession.

• Update client accounts and assignments accurately and in a timely manner documenting outcomes and any issues.

• Identify and discount bad outdated or inaccurate information so that future efforts focus on the best leads.
