Your Opportunity: 12 Month Fixed Cover

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to join the e-Commerce Merchandising team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sample inventory coordinating sample shipments and ensuring accurate measurements for product descriptions and replication. This role requires a keen eye for detail excellent organizational skills and a deep understanding of jewellery and accessories. Proactivity communication and a love of structure are must haves to develop and manage a scalable process that works for all teams.

Maintain organised sample inventory by type style and range
Manage high-volume samples ensuring care storage and re-carding
Track sample progress daily across lifecycle (PIM/Excel)
Coordinate sample movement across teams for timely delivery
Partner with buying teams to ensure sample availability
Work with CX to resolve product/image discrepancies
Record accurate measurements per guidelines
Update stakeholders on sample status and issues
Identify workflow inefficiencies and improve processes
Support ad-hoc tasks as needed

We are looking for the below skillset and experience:

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to multi-task with strong prioritization skills

Retail experience strongly preferred

Must be able to routinely lift sample shipments up to 25lbs

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality and accuracy in all aspects of the job.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proactivity and continuous improvement

Proficiency in MS Office suite
