We are looking for a Junior Process Automation Specialist to join our Strategy Team and help us identify inefficiencies design smart workflows and bring automation to life across the business.

This is an opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys building experimenting and solving real problems. Were looking for curiosity ownership and a strong interest in automation and AI more than years of experience.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have

Process Automation Specialist - Responsibilities and Duties

• Design and implement end-to-end automated workflows connecting multiple business tools using platforms such as n8n Zapier or Microsoft Power Automate.

• Collaborate with business teams to identify repetitive processes and propose automation solutions that reduce effort and improve accuracy.

• Configure and customize CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive HubSpot) including custom objects automations and reporting pipelines.

• Build and maintain API integrations between third-party services to enable automated data pipelines.

• Structure and maintain knowledge bases and vector databases for use in AI-driven workflows including RAG architectures.

• Stay current with the evolving AI landscape and proactively evaluate and recommend new tools for adoption.

Process Automation Specialist - Key Skills

• Experience with workflow automation tools (such as Zapier Make or Power Automate) to improve and streamline business processes.

• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot Pipedrive) including automations data structure configuration and reporting.

• Understanding of how APIs work and how different tools can be connected to enable data exchange between systems.

• Ability to design and support automated workflows that reduce manual work and connect multiple tools.

• Basic understanding of AI-assisted solutions and how they can be applied in business environments.

• Familiarity with experimenting or working with AI tools or frameworks (e.g. Python-based tools or no-code AI builders) to prototype simple solutions.

• Awareness of core AI concepts such as how models process information and interact with external tools.

• Interest in AI automation and new technologies with a willingness to learn and apply them in real use cases.

• Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Industrial Engineering Telecommunications or related technical fields

• Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.
