Internal Communications Specialist

Syclef is an international group and a market leader in Industrial Refrigeration Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC solutions. We specialize in medium- and large-scale refrigeration systems for industrial environments including logistics platforms cold storage warehouses food processing plants and industrial processes.

• Own and manage internal communication across the organization including newsletters internal announcements presentations policies guides and HR-related documentation.

  Develop and execute internal marketing initiatives to support engagement culture training and organizational change.

• Support employer branding and recruitment by creating and publishing job postings (primarily on LinkedIn) and developing recruitment and onboarding materials.

• Support the management of the companys LinkedIn corporate page and other social media channels used for external visibility in coordination with HR priorities.

• Create and maintain HR corporate assets such as templates forms presentations visual guidelines and branded materials.

• Design visual materials including corporate imagery training brochures internal campaigns infographics and Microsoft Teams backgrounds.

• Coordinate with external communication agencies vendors or partners when required.

• Monitor basic digital presence and social media performance providing insights to the HR Manager.

• Plan and support HR-related events such as recruitment days internal training sessions and corporate initiatives.

Job Requirements

• 25 years of experience in internal communications employer branding corporate communications or HR marketing roles.

• Experience working closely with HR teams and understanding people-related communication needs.

• Strong working knowledge of design tools such as Canva; Adobe Photoshop Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn corporate pages and social media content management.

  Basic knowledge of SEO analytics and digital communication metrics.

• Strong writing skills for internal audiences and change communication.

Required Education and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in communications Marketing Journalism Human Resources or a related field.

• Postgraduate studies or certifications in Corporate Communication Employer Branding Digital Marketing or Brand Management are highly valued.

• English: advanced level (B2C1).

This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Madrid Spain.
