The Mission:

We are seeking a dynamic leader to anchor our HR this role you will bridge the gap between complex regional compliance and a seamless employee experience ensuring our operational backbone scales alongside our ambition.

The Role:

• Operational Leadership: Steer the People Ops function encompassing HRIS management administrative workflows and global payroll strategy.

• Systems & Compliance Architecture: Design and refine HR policies that harmonize legal rigor with a high-performance company culture.

• Lifecycle Orchestration: Own the end-to-end employee journey from high-impact onboarding and internal mobility to professional offboarding.

• Regulatory Stewardship: Serve as the guardian of labor law compliance managing audits and translating technical findings into streamlined operational improvements.

• Data-Driven Insights: Maintain absolute data integrity within our HR ecosystems and deliver strategic reports on labor costs budgets and financial forecasting.

• Employee Relations & Advocacy: Act as the senior point of escalation for payroll queries and lead conflict resolution with a balanced policy-driven approach.

What we are looking for:

• Substantial experience managing HR operations across diverse international locations.

• A proven mentor who balances strategic vision with a roll-up-your-sleeves operational mindset.

• Expert-level command of Spanish employment regulations and payroll nuances.

• Articulate and persuasive with the ability to operate independently in high-pressure scenarios.

• A genuine drive to automate and optimize HR processes to enhance the internal customer experience.

• Native/Bilingual Spanish speaker and professional English level.

• Availability to attend the office five days a week (with full flexibility).
