Your Role as a Financial Director:

The Financial Director will be instrumental in steering the financial strategy and operations across our clients Spanish market operations. The chosen individual will bring a forward-thinking perspective to financial planning investment strategies and operational efficiency supporting the companys broad objectives directly managing legal tax and banking relationships for Spanish entities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that align with the companys growth objectives.

• Lead financial planning risk management and budgeting processes across the organization.

• Optimize capital allocation and oversee financial operations and investment activities.

• Forge strong relationships with stakeholders including investors banks and financial institutions to facilitate fundraising and financial negotiations.

• Collaborate with the executive team to articulate and implement strategic business initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations in the Spanish market.

• Drive performance improvement through insightful analysis of financial data and market trends.

• Manage customer credit policy & credit terms for clients.

Skills Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Financial Manager within the Industrial Sector.

• Deep understanding of financial legislation regulation and practices in the Spanish market.

• Excellent knowledge of data analysis risk management and financial forecasting.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams towards achieving financial and business goals.

• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.

• Masters degree in Finance Accounting or related fields. An MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CPA CFA) is preferred.

• Spanish is essential and a high level of English is a requirement.

• Experience leading a large team contributing to their development.
