Im inviting you to step into the role of Sales Performance Assessment Repthe critical position that will review every sales rep and appointment setting rep who falls below our closing thresholds deliver precise actionable feedback using our performance assessment template and send the exact pre-recording sales training content needed to turn good reps into great reps.

Heres the Plan: Step Into High-Impact Reviews Youll focus first on every rep closing under 20% then complete a full Sales Performance Assessment. Youll identify exactly where theyre strong and where they need work then send the correct training content so they improve fast. This entire system is built we just need your talented ear to help us find the opportunities for improvement.

Earn While You Elevate This is a paid hourly role starting at $6/hr with clear growth as we scale the Quality Department. The better our reps perform because of your assessments the more the whole company winsincluding you.

Live Your Way Work from home log into our lightning-fast CRM and phone system and use our tech tools to crush itall on your own schedule. Because this can all be done with recorded calls there is no need to align your schedule to Tribes regular business hours.
