About the role

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team contributing to the development and maintenance of client solutions using modern Microsoft technologies. You will be part of an Agile Scrum environment working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality scalable and secure applications.

In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions while continuously improving system performance and code quality. You will also have the opportunity to grow your technical expertise contribute to best practices and play an active role in enhancing both new and existing software systems.

As a part of your job you will:

• Follow the Agile Scrum methodology participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle as part of a self-organized Agile team;

• Ensure software quality adhering to coding standards while optimizing for performance quality and responsiveness;

• Conduct code reviews contribute to critical feature designs and ensure the overall quality;

• Participate in the Problem Management process ensuring adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA);

• Keep technical knowledge up to date with self-learning and organizational training and sharing with the team;

• Collaborate closely with customers providing functional and technical guidance and with internal stakeholders including the Product Owner to ensure business alignment and timely delivery;

• Maintain a robust documentation system for the knowledge base onboarding knowledge transfer and communication in software development activities;

• Flag technical debt and areas of improvement making sure they are properly documented and taken into account when defining priorities;

• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems.

What are we looking for

• Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and developing solutions using C# Core.

• Familiarity with the MVC design pattern.

• Experience in Microsoft technologies including SQL Server Entity Framework/EF Core and LINQ.

• Experience in developing secure web services with REST API and/or SOAP applications following best practices for data privacy and security.

• Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills and familiarity with solid principles and best practices.

• Strong experience in HTML CSS TypeScript/JavaScript and frameworks like Angular.

• Experience with concurrent development and source control using tools like Git.

• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with Razor or any code generation tool is a plus.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• Experience using tools like Azure DevOps/Jira/others for backlog and task management is a plus.
