Senior Tax Accountant

An established local CSP is looking for a Sr Tax Accountant to join their team.

You will form part of a dynamic team handling a predominantly international clientele operating across a wide range of industries as well as the companys private clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and take on a new professional challenge.

This is an office-based role offering a salary of up to 50K depending on experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the Departments Tax Supervisors on technical aspects of the teams work

• Drafting and reviewing procedures for the tax department

• Manage and supervise the work carried out by junior team members

• Handle complex income tax and VAT matters across different business sectors

• Attend client meetings

Education Skills & Experience

• Fully qualified accountant

• Professional Certificate in Taxation (Candidates without this qualification should have sufficient relevant experience and be willing to undertake the certification if required)

• Minimum of 2 years experience in taxation or a similar role within the sector

• Fluency in English both written and spoken

• Proficiency in MS Word MS Excel and MS Outlook

• Previous experience in mentoring or guiding junior team members

• Delegation skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
