Recruitment Intern

As Virtuagym continues to grow were looking for an ambitious and hands-on Recruitment Intern to join our Recruitment this role you wont just support recruitment youll be actively involved in the full hiring journey and make a real impact from day one.

Were looking for a driven curious and proactive student whos not afraid to take initiative speak up and get things done. If you like connecting with people working independently and learning fast keep reading!

Youll join our Recruitment team and work closely with our Team Lead who will coach you along the way. Were a remote-friendly company but for this role wed love to see you in our Amsterdam office around 2 days per week to stay closely connected with the team. The rest of the time youre free to work from home within the Netherlands. Want a change of scenery You can also work from elsewhere in Europe for a few weeks.

What youll do

Youll be involved in the full recruitment process from posting jobs to hiring candidates.

• Post jobs and manage candidates in our Recruitment system

• Screen candidates via video calls

• Schedule interviews and keep everything running smoothly

• Stay in touch with hiring managers and keep them updated

• Help promote our jobs and employer brand online

• Source and connect with potential candidates through LinkedIn

• Jump into cool side projects (like employer branding)
  
  

Who you are

• Youre a 3rd or 4th year HBO/WO student

• Youre proactive and like taking ownership

• Youre independent but also a team player

• You communicate easily and confidently

• Youre organized and can handle a fast-paced environment

• You speak and write English fluently (Dutch bonus)

• Youre available for 56 months (3240 hours/week)
