Regular travel required with national coverage Evesham Head Office (do not need to based in Evesham for this role)

50k plus strong OTE

We have a brilliant new opportunity for a Field Sales Manager to join the wonderful and newly merged team at Merrithew/ Align-Pilates within the UK. This is a fast-paced role and would suit someone with a strong background in fitness industry sales with a true hunter mentality natural flair for relationship building and true passion for the sector.

Key Responsibilities of this new fitness job:

Commercial:

• Own and achieve sales targets

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and demonstrations to closing and follow-up

• Utilise CRM tools to track pipeline activity forecasting and close rates

Customer & Relationship Management:

• Build trusted relationships with fitness club operators hospitality chains and rehab clinics

• Act as a point of contact for key regional and national accounts

Product expertise

• Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations acting as a subject-matter expert

• Flexibility with national travel and to attend trade shows represent the brand where required for the right opportunities

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends

• Skilled: You have excellent negotiation and presentation abilities and are proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
