Job Summary
A leading academy in Solihull is seeking a proactive Welfare Lead. We offer full-time or part-time hours for the right candidate (typically 35 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:30 16:00). This role starts ASAP and is ideal for a practitioner who enjoys building strong relationships with families.

Requirements * Essential: Proven experience in a safeguarding or welfare-focused role within a UK school setting.
A compassionate yet firm approach to communication with a deep understanding of KCSIE.
Essential: Must possess the Right to Work in the UK (The school cannot provide sponsorship).
