Role: Wellbeing Instructor

Carlie Barlow Health & Wellbeing on behalf of MSC Cruises

Seeking Italian Spanish German French speakers

• Instructing holistic classes and wellbeing events to guests with varying abilities
  Providing support to the operation whilst reviewing feedback and coordinating the schedule.
  Work alongside our team to help create grow and deliver health and wellbeing products for passengers

• Monitors class insights using feedback to drive a culture of improvement.
  Continuously evaluate processes and procedures and update when and where necessary to achieve
  maximum efficiencies.
  Support the development of wellbeing concepts and ideas to help form a proposal for our clients
  specialising in wellbeing experiences.
  Liaise with client representatives and the team on-site to optimise content delivery.

• Technical qualifications that can be applied to the role e.g.: Yoga Meditation Pilates Breathwork Sound
  Therapy
  Proven track record in teaching holistic disciplines to a high standard
  Strong managerial skills
  Ability to demonstrate previous client and team management
  Experience in multi-tasking projects
  Ability to problem-solve
  Language skills are desirable Italian French Spanish & German speakers required.
  IT skills such as MS Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook or MAC proficient

• Minimum of three years experience in the Health & Fitness sector
  Minimum of three years management experience
  Experience in the travel sector is desirable
