Build the European alternative in sovereign cloud storage!

Jotta Group is a Norwegian technology scale-up behind Jottacloud Min Sky and white-label cloud storage for European partners such as Telenor and Elkjøp. Since 2008 we have served close to two million direct users and grown into one of Europes leading storage providers in a market dominated by global tech giants. Our data is stored in Norway encrypted physically protected and governed by strict Norwegian and European privacy laws. We are powered by 100% renewable energy and operate our own infrastructure in Stavanger.

Jottacloud Object Storage is our object storage product built on our own infrastructure. It gives businesses a way to store scale and work with large volumes of data with full sovereignty under European law.

The product is live as an MVP with our first pilot customers and there is meaningful product and engineering work ahead to reach general availability. It is one of three strategic pillars for the company alongside our consumer and partner businesses with a direct mandate from the CEO and board. We are hiring a Product Manager to own it end-to-end and take it from MVP to a credible market contender.

What youll do

• Own the product vision strategy and roadmap for Jottacloud Object Storage. Drive the product from MVP through early pilots to general availability and beyond.

• Talk directly to pilot customers and prospects. Turn insight into a prioritized backlog and make the hard calls on what ships.

• Partner closely with engineering on architectural trade-offs. Architecture and product decisions are deeply intertwined in this product.

• Partner closely with Design on both the technical integration layer and the business-facing console shaping how product and design collaborate from the ground up.

• Work with the commercial team on pricing packaging positioning and GTM against both international and European competitors.

• Define and track the metrics that matter: pilot conversion activation retention net revenue retention usage patterns.

• Be the internal and external voice of the product in customer conversations sales cycles and in front of the board.

• Use AI as a natural part of how you work end-to-end: prototyping shipping working demos and raising the bar for how the team moves from idea to product.

• Report directly to the CPO with a natural path to grow into leading Object Storage as a broader product area.

Is this you

• You have a track record of taking a B2B or technical product from early stage to real commercial traction.

• You are comfortable engaging with engineering on technical trade-offs and contribute credibly to architecture discussions.

• You have strong builder instincts and make ideas tangible through prototypes and clear communication.

• You have genuine product sense across both technical and business-facing surfaces grasping what teams need to integrate and what businesses need to operate at scale.

• You are a direct low-ego high-ownership operator who thrives as the only PM on a product: setting strategy running discovery writing specs triaging bugs drafting launch copy and talking to customers.

• You have strong commercial instincts across pricing packaging positioning and the unit economics of a storage business.

• You use AI actively in your work and are curious about how it can raise the bar further both in how the team works and in what we build.

Bonus points

• Experience at a cloud hosting or infrastructure company.

• Background serving customers with heavy storage or data workloads.

• Familiarity with object storage APIs (e.g. S3) and their ecosystem.

• Previous founding-PM or early-stage experience.
