Concierge & Valet Parking Attendant Westfield Chermside

We have exciting casual opportunities available for both Concierge Attendants and Valet Parking Attendants supporting the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across the centre.

As a Concierge Attendant youll be the friendly face of the centre welcoming customers assisting with enquiries and enhancing every visit. As a Valet Parking Attendant youll deliver a seamless and professional parking experience ensuring every customer enjoys a premium level of service from arrival to departure.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

Concierge Attendant

• Welcoming customers and providing centre directions and recommendations
• Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers
• Processing Westfield Gift Card sales and other services
• Managing administrative tasks such as lost property and enquiries

Valet Parking Attendant

• Greeting valet customers and creating a warm first impression
• Safely parking and retrieving customer vehicles
• Processing valet payments (cash and electronic)
• Managing traffic flow and supporting valet operations during peak periods

This role is a casual position working across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

• Experience in customer-facing roles (retail hospitality or guest services)

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

For Valet Parking Attendants:

• Holds a valid full Australian drivers licence (manual/auto)
• Confident in driving and parking a variety of vehicles (valet experience desirable)
